Our academic program is based on the Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS), as prescribed by the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE). CAPS provides a comprehensive framework that guides our teaching and learning practices, ensuring alignment with national standards and objectives. Teachers utilize various teaching methodologies,    resources, and assessment practices to accommodate different learning styles and pace of learning.

Rectangle: Folded Corner: We prioritize the integration of skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and    collaboration into our curriculum. These essential skills prepare learners for success in an ever-evolving world. Additionally, all our classrooms are equipped with projectors and whiteboards, facilitating dynamic and engaging lessons. Furthermore, we supplement our curriculum with the Future Kids Caps program, providing learners and staff with access to additional interactive resources, further enriching the learning experience and ensuring that our learners are well-equipped for the challenges of the future

These programs include academic competitions, Market day, various Olympiads that are subject specific, and extracurricular activities aligned with the CAPS curriculum.

Rectangle: Folded Corner: We implement a continuous assessment approach, where learner progress is monitored and evaluated throughout the year using a variety of assessment methods, including formal tests, projects, presentations, and portfolios. Teachers provide timely feedback to learners and parents to support learning and facilitate growth

Rectangle: Folded Corner: We understand the importance of providing comprehensive support services and interventions to meet the diverse needs of our learners. We are fortunate to have access to a dedicated School-Based Support Team, comprising two social workers, counseling services, bereavement support, occupational therapists, an educational psychologist, pastors, and connections to external resources such as the Department of Health, The Teddy Bear Clinic, SANCA, Cross Connect, Child Welfare, and the South African Police      Service (SAPS). These professionals work collaboratively to provide personalized support and                   interventions to learners who may require assistance with social, emotional, behavioral, or academic   challenges. By addressing the holistic needs of our learners, we ensure that every learner receives the    support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
